Reflection
This is a diagram that I made for reflection. It talks about how we learn, what we learn, our strengths and weaknesses and plenty more to show us our reflective learning techniques and skills.
This is my diagram that I made to show how I reflect on my learing, and to be there to help me when I need it.

Bringing Fashion Into Rugby...
Looking into the world 'fashion' I'd like to see rugby teams taking more action into bringing this into their kit and games.
The advantages of this would be that they're more eye catching, it brightens up a game, and its easier to see your team players!
Aswell as being bright and wonderful in pink kits, it could also be a sign of showing their appriciation and thoughts to women who suffer with breast cancer (as the colour to represent this is also PINK!) Which then brings charity into it!
I love the idea of pink rugby kits, just look now nice this looks compared to a normal boring rugby kit!
I would even wear this gorgeous top -
Getting more inspired by these pink kits, I couldnt find any group pictures of whole teams in pink rugby kits, so then I started to look up videos of rugby teams playing in pink rugby kits, and I found a few youtube videos! Watching this video showed that the pink team were more eye catching, and I think byt watching the game that they found it easier to notice eachother on their team and played better than the boringly dressed rugby team!
Look for yourselves -
So, as rediculous as it sounds, I think to make rugby more interesting for ME they would have to bring something that interests me into it - which would be fashion!
What Is A Blog?
The topic I'm going to focus on is rugby.
I have found two websites; one being a blog about this topic, and one being a website. To make my topic slightly easier, I chose to look at a particular theme of rugby, which was a rugby player and I defined this even more by looking at one rugby player who plays for Wales, Gavin Henson.
Looking closelty at the two websites I found similarities and differences between the both.
On the website of Gavin Henson it was more official, there were heading and titles and main headings all across the home page, which indicated that by the layout it was an official website. There was also alot more information on this page than the 'blog' website I found. Also the layout seemed more professional which indicated to me that it was not a blog.
Check it out yourself, this was the wesbite I found -

On the blog that I found, it was a lot easier to see that it was a blog as it was very different to the offical website of Gavin Henson.
On this page, you were able to leave comments and your own opinions onto the web page.
There were 'recent posts' and 'categories' and also dates and times of when things were posted onto the website, to show that this was a blog page.
It also showed the writers name in the blogs and was more of a type of diary compared to the website page.
There were plenty of images and also a 'search' engine which indicated to me that this definitely was a blog.

So these are the differences between blogs and websites and how you can tell if it's a blog or a website! These are the reasons to which I made my assumptions!

About Myself!
I am currently studying at Swansea Metropolitan University. Swansea Met was originally my second choice University, my first choice was Newport. I'm studying Educational Studies, hoping to get on to the PGCE course after the three years and eventually become a teacher in later life.
I'm lucky that Swansea is only a 45 minute drive away from home, so I dont feel as if I'm ages away and that's why Swansea was an ideal University for me.
When I first came here I did not know anyone, but luckily have made friends with not only the people I am living with but on my course too.
Before I started University, I took a gap year out to stay with my Dad in Cape Town and worked out there and experienced life a little more out of my comfort zone, which in a way prepared me for life in University.
I am really enjoying my time here at Swansea University, and feel very comfortable compared to when I first came here and everything was overwhelming.
I hope to continue enjoying my time here at Swansea Uni!
