About Myself!

I am currently studying at Swansea Metropolitan University. Swansea Met was originally my second choice University, my first choice was Newport. I'm studying Educational Studies, hoping to get on to the PGCE course after the three years and eventually become a teacher in later life.

I'm lucky that Swansea is only a 45 minute drive away from home, so I dont feel as if I'm ages away and that's why Swansea was an ideal University for me.

When I first came here I did not know anyone, but luckily have made friends with not only the people I am living with but on my course too.

Before I started University, I took a gap year out to stay with my Dad in Cape Town and worked out there and experienced life a little more out of my comfort zone, which in a way prepared me for life in University.

I am really enjoying my time here at Swansea University, and feel very comfortable compared to when I first came here and everything was overwhelming.
I hope to continue enjoying my time here at Swansea Uni!
